Bring your work to CharityCrowd.

Apply for organization review, publish a clear project plan, and keep supporters informed as your work progresses.

From application to a published project

  1. 1

    Introduce your organization

Create an account, describe your mission and activities, and save your profile.

  2. 2

    Submit and provide your evidence

You can submit before every document is ready. Verify your email so MATI can begin the review, then add missing mandatory documents.

  3. 3

Respond to review and start your project

Follow reviewer notes and correct the requested details. After approval, draft a project with its funding goal, plan and milestones.

What you will need

  • A verified account email
  • Registration certificate

Questions before you apply

Can I save my application and return later?

Yes. Save your profile and use Save & Exit. You can also email yourself a secure resume link.

Do I need all documents before submitting?

No. Submit your profile first and upload missing mandatory documents during review. Approval requires verified email and accepted evidence in every mandatory slot.

Who receives project donations?

MATI receives payments into one central PayPal account. Payment receipts and project allocations are verified separately. Organization funding is recorded separately from donor payments.

What happens if information needs correcting?

The reviewer identifies the fields or documents that need attention. Those items unlock for correction, and you resubmit when they are ready.
